The Braeburn Built Community by John Wieland is the answer that Crabapple Corners has been looking for to create and finish most of the development started years ago in Downtomn Milton / Crabapple Georgia.
Great Shopping and Restaurants are currently available, but thanks to the decline in the housing market, most building came to a screaching halt while John Wieland remained afloat and prosperous.
This is certainly not Johns Wieland's first estate community, examples are Gramercy Park, Academy Park Townhomes off Haynes Bridge and homes in Harmony On The Lakes. I Say, thank goodness for a builder that continues to build great estate homes and allows the community to see wonderful architecture instead of empty, sometimes, muddy lots!
